Julie was open and honest with selling our rental property was first priority and what needed to be done before listing rental and our home. When looking at homes Julie would always share the good and not so good information on the homes so we could make an informed decision. Julie helped us sell our first home and find our new home in Autumn of 2021. The market was more difficult than ever as homes that matched the specifications we wanted were very difficult to find while the size house we were selling was in great supply. She was with us every step of the way on both sides: selling and buying. While we were searching for our new home, Julie helped us prepare our current home to put on the market. We took her suggestions to update/paint facets of our current home, how to lean out our stuff and decorate to make it picture and show ready, hired a professional photographer to take pictures, and most importantly kept us calm in this stressful time. Because Julie helped us prepare our house so well, she was able to put our house on the market for sale in about 12 hours from the time we got an accepted offer on our new home. Julie's extra efforts and proactive approach to contact other realtors within her network ultimately got our home sold above asking price. My most recent experience with Julie was unique in that the home I set my heart on was too far away from where I lived for me to get there easily. I'm a senior citizen so the concept of doing anything remotely is foreign and frightening (I can't even buy groceries from a picture on a computer screen!). But, no worries with Julie as my agent. She toured, inspected, video-taped, photographed and talked me thru every detail from the view of the neighborhood, to every nook and cranny in every room on every floor so that remotely it was if I was seeing this home with my own eyes. She talked me thru our offer and navigated the process until it was accepted all without my being there. She even did the final walk thru before closing of what was going to be my new home without me there.
